Move, breathe and reconnect with a yoga session beneath Luke Jerram's Gaia, plus herbal tea and a planetarium show.
Move, breathe and reconnect to your centre while marvelling at Gaia, Techniquest's new installation of the Earth by artist Luke Jerram. This 60-minute practice with Amanda Ataou, founder of Cardiff's MandaYoga Studios, explores grounding and connection through a blend of yin and yang-inspired movement.
Afterwards, relax with a herbal tea while immersing yourself in a special 30-minute Gaia soundtrack, and take a journey through the solar system in the 360° planetarium.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
